Pet Store Meaw owns the cat-forward, neighbourhood-intimate corner of Singapore pet retail — where transparent grooming prices, WhatsApp-speed advice on grain-free and allergy diets, and a warm HDB-block familiarity replace the impersonal chain experience that Global Pets and mass retailers cannot replicate.
Pet Store Meaw started because the shop we wanted for our own cats didn't exist. Every chain we visited stocked hundreds of SKUs but couldn't answer a single ingredient question without checking the back of the bag. Grooming prices were 'from' figures that ballooned at checkout. Delivery took three days to a block ten minutes away.
So we opened a smaller, more specific shop — one that stocks grain-free, single-protein and freeze-dried food we've actually vetted, lists every grooming line item before you book, and delivers same-day to HDB addresses across Singapore. We're not trying to be the biggest pet store. We're trying to be the most useful one for cat owners in this city.
